Loz Denis ran 100 kilometres for charity this past weekend 鈥� around a heart shape circuit in Queen鈥檚 Park, Hinckley.

After losing both parents, Loz Denis is raising money for the charities including 鈥楬earts That Can'.

His 100K run was a 鈥渨arm up鈥� for running the length of Britain this May. It took him just under 12 hours of actual running to complete.

Loz sent us voice notes as he ran his 132,000 steps, and also chatted afterwards with 麻豆社 Leicester鈥檚 Jack Rafferty.
