It's our chance to turn the spotlight on those who go above and beyond to help others.聽
Southampton Paralympian Aaron Phipps is judging the Young Hero category, he's been chatting to 麻豆社 Radio Solent's Lucy Ambache about the Awards.
The Young Hero Award will be awarded to an individual or group of young people under 16 who have made a positive impact in their community or achieved something exceptional.
For a full list of categories - and details of how to nominate someone - go to bbc.co.uk/makeadifference, where you can also see full Terms and our Privacy Notice.
