Blaby District Council is among the first to deliver the food waste recycling caddies - to areas such as Narborough, Sapcote, Braunstone Town and Glenfield.

The UK Government is implementing a major overhaul, aimed to standardise how waste is collected and recycled across England, and it starts at the beginning of April. Food caddies are part of the scheme.
