Restored rocking horse to raise funds for LOROS
A century old rocking horse has been restored and will be sold to raise money for LOROS hospice.
The toy which dates to about 1920 to 1930, was offered to Mountsorrel's Fix It 23 group earlier this year, who spotted how rare the item was.
They passed it onto an expert restorer, Peter Rix, with the plan to sell it to raise money for the charity.
Owners Paddy and Samantha Cree spoke to Â鶹Éç Leicester's Ady Dayman.
