In April 2016, David Smith was seriously ill with kidney failure and facing dialysis, when his son Lewis stepped forward to become a living donor. Now ten years on, they鈥檙e celebrating their 鈥渒idneyversary鈥� together with a family trip to Valencia and using the moment to shine a light on how powerful living organ donation can be.
