Parents could be fined over uncontrolled teens
Parents are being warned they could be evicted or fined if they don't control children who cause trouble in the centre of Nottingham.
It's part of a crackdown on drugs, weapons, and shop thefts. The police say some young people see being arrested as 'a badge of honour', and 24 youngsters are now on a 'watchlist'.
