Burnham unveils "Number 10 North" in first speech since running for PM.
Today, Andy Burnham has set out his vision for the country should he become Prime Minister, including plans like setting up a 鈥楴o10 North鈥 in Manchester.
He said he wants to 鈥榯ake power out of the centre鈥 by transferring some powers from Westminster to the regions, and by extending devolution in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. He also promised to deliver the biggest programme of council house building since the post-war period.
