Prime Minister Andy Burnham, has told the 麻豆社 that the NHS will collapse if the system of social care in England is not improved. In his first major interview in the job, he said he鈥檇 do everything he could to solve the problem, but stopped short of setting a timeline on the introduction of a new service.
