Team Phoenix train a group of women who have had breast cancer to complete a triathlon.
Each year Team Phoenix welcome a small group of women who have had breast cancer to train together in a safe, supportive environment. They run a 6-month programme helping women regain strength, confidence and connection - finishing together at a super-sprint triathlon.
Their motto is: We start together. We finish together.
