Jacob from Poole does card tricks on magic videos raising 拢5000 for Muscular Dystrophy UK
Fifteen-year-old Jacob Halling from Poole makes personalised magic videos in return for sponsorship and has raised 拢5000 for Muscular Dystrophy UK.
He also acts as a young carer to his mum, Louise, who lives with the muscle wasting condition and through his lived experience is a strong advocate for people with disabilities.
Jacob is a finalist in the Young Hero category in 麻豆社 Radio Solent's Make a Difference Awards for 2026.
He's been chatting to Steve Harris.
