Community Group finalist The Swale Stroke Group
The Swale Stroke Group is a support group for stroke survivors and carers.
Formed by Stewart Kitching after his own stroke, the group is an independent voluntary social and support group for stroke survivors, their carers, and loved ones in the Swale area covering Sheerness, Sittingbourne, and the Isle of Sheppey. You can drop in on any Thursday morning between 10:30am and 12:30pm at The Hope Street Centre, located at the United Reformed Church premises on Hope Street, Sheerness.
