Olympic climber Shauna Coxsey has just become the first woman to climb Britain's hardest deep water solo route, called The Olympiad in Pembrokeshire.

Deep water sea climbing involves scaling coastal routes without ropes or a harness, falling into the sea if you come off.

Shauna joined Nuala McGovern to share how becoming a parent has influenced her climbing, and what led her to take on this challenge.
