North Korea: Ship Seized Amid Row Over Oil
South Korea has seized a Hong Kong ship suspected of handing over oil to North Korea.
South Korean authorities have seized a Hong Kong-registered ship, suspected of handing over oil to North Korea in defiance of international sanctions. In a tweet on Thursday, President Trump said he was disappointed that China had allowed oil to be shipped to North Korea. China has strongly denied the claims.
