Top TPLF official 'surrenders'

A top official from the conflict-hit Ethiopian region of Tigray has surrendered, state media reports.
Ugandan presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine, has said he will resume campaigning on Thursday following a meeting with the Electoral Commission.
