The number of people fleeing violence in the Central African Republic has doubled in just a week according to the United Nations as post-election violence continues. We hear from charity organisation, MSF or Doctors without Borders which has been receiving many of them.

Incumbent President Yoweri Museveni reportedly in the lead after 40 percent count of the vote is counted in Uganda鈥檚 presidential elections but some from his cabinet and NRM party have lost their seats in parliament.

And Nigerian artists are putting together Africa鈥檚 鈥渂iggest鈥� canvas painting to promote peace.
