Vatican cardinal calls for peace as five-day visit to Cameroon ends
Cardinal Pietro Parolin called for peace and dialogue rather than violence
The Vatican's top diplomat met President Biya and Prime Minister Joseph Ngute before travelling to the Northwest Region where a separatist battle rages and the military has been accused of brutality.
Protestors in Cameroon have been killed by security forces according to Amnesty International. The Rights group say people speaking out about poor living conditions are being targeted.
