States accused of ignoring migrant boat distress calls

A rubber boat carrying dozens of people to Europe capsized in international waters off Libya.

The UN's migration agency has accused various states of doing nothing to try to save people on board a stricken boat that run into trouble off the Libyan coast.

Plus several African heads of state, and France's President Emmanuel Macron, attend the state funeral for Chad鈥檚 late President Idriss D茅by.
