The country鈥檚 Justice minister filed the appeal against a High Court ruling stopping an extension of the Chief Justice鈥檚 office tenure.
The Zimbabwe鈥檚 government has filed an appeal at the Supreme Court against a High Court ruling reversing President Emmerson Mnangangwa鈥檚 decision to extend the mandate of the country鈥檚 Chief Justice, Luke Malaba, by a further five years.
