Omicron: Mutations prompt new coronavirus variant concern from WHO
The new variant was first reported to the WHO from South Africa on 24 November
The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a new coronavirus variant to be "of concern" and named it Omicron.
Ghanaian activists from the #FixTheCountry social and economic campaign have been staging a protest on the streets of Accra to express dissatisfaction with the proposals in the 2022 budget.
