Supporters of Mali鈥檚 ruling military junta have held a rally in Bamako, after the country鈥檚 interim leaders announced a plan to delay the holding of elections by five years. Regional bloc ECOWAS condemned the move and imposed sanctions, a response echoed by the European Union.
