Security forces have killed dozens of anti-government rioters in the main city of Almaty
Security forces in Kazakhstan say they have killed dozens of anti-government protesters in the main city Almaty. Unrest that began on Sunday over fuel increases culminated in days of violent anti-government protests. Russian led troops, invited by president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to help keep the peace are arriving. We speak to our Central Asia correspondent and 麻豆社 Russian about the developments.
