The vice-leader of Chad's opposition group, Les Transformateurs, Dr Ndolembai Njesada, has called the inauguration of General Mahamat D茅by as the transitional president a "regression in democracy" and says opposition groups will form "a parallel government" if the military ruler does not meet an ultimatum to step aside.
