An Ebola patient has died at a hospital in Uganda's capital, say health authorities.
Uganda鈥檚 health ministry has confirmed that an Ebola patient has died in Kampala, making him the 19th victim in the current outbreak of the deadly virus but the first to die in the capital city. What action should the authorities be taking?
