Ghana experiencing ‘worst ever economic crisis’

The country is currently negotiating a $3 billion IMF bailout programme.

Ghana’s President Nana Akufo-Addo has addressed the nation and said that the country is experiencing the worst ever economic crisis. He has announced a raft of measures in a bid to salvage the economy.

Two bomb attacks in Somalia’s capital, Mogadishu, has left hospitals overwhelmed. 120 people have died so far and over 300 are injured.
