The Democratic Republic of Congo is in three days of national mourning after deadly floods claimed scores of lives.
The Democratic Republic of Congo is in three days of national mourning for the more than 120 lives that were lost after heavy rains caused floods and landslides in the capital city, Kinshasa. President F茅lix Tshisekedi says he will cut short his trip to the US to return to the country.
