Nigerian troops kill dozens of gunmen in Zamfara
The raid follows several deadly attacks from gangs in the area
The Nigerian air force has killed dozens of gunmen in an airstrike in the northwestern state of Zamfara. The raid in the area of Maru over the weekend, followed a series of deadly attacks by armed kidnapping gangs on several villages there.
South Africa鈥檚 president, Cyril Ramaphosa, has been re-elected as the leader of the governing ANC.
Human rights groups have said they are deeply disappointed about the UK court ruling to allow the UK government to deport migrants to Rwanda.
