Nations in Southern Africa are bracing themselves for the impact of Cyclone Freddy, which is expected to make landfall in Madagascar on Tuesday, and Mozambique in the subsequent days. Authorities have said at least two million people could be affected.
Uganda has outlawed child marriage, stipulating that the legal age by which someone can marry is now 18.
