South Africa has denied reports that Russia would test fire a hypersonic missile during the exercises, which are taking place near Richards Bay.
Plus, at least four people are reported to have been killed as Cyclone Freddy hit Madagascar. Many houses lost their roofs due to the storm, with thousands of people left without shelter, and roads closed in ten of the country鈥檚 regions.
