Uganda: Muslim leaders pray against homosexuality
It comes amid a recent surge in anti-LGBTQ sentiments in the country.
Uganda's Muslim Supreme Council directed clerics in the country to hold prayers condemning homosexuality. The Head of the Muslim Faith in Uganda, Sheikh Ramathan Mubajje called on the government to enact a stringent law against same-sex relations.
There have been queues at shops and supermarkets in some cities in Nigeria as a high number of customers are stocking up ahead of tomorrow鈥檚 election.
And world renowned artist, Nelson Makamo, is showcasing a solo show of prints in Cape Town for the first time.
