Kagame critic to be released by Rwanda
Paul Rusesabagina, the man portrayed as a hero in "Hotel Rwanda" is to be released.
Rwanda has announced that it will release the human rights activist, Paul Rusesabagina, from prison. He was serving a 25-year sentence for terrorism in what his family called "a sham trial." Mr. Rusasebagina is a Paul Kagame critic, who was portrayed as a hero who saved thousands of Tutsis during the 1994 genocide, in the award-winning film, Hotel Rwanda.
Also in the programme, it's nearly six years since one of the world's biggest diamonds was found in Sierra Leone. We hear from the diggers who found the precious stone.
And an update on an outbreak of Marburg virus in Tanzania's north-western region of Kagera.
