Ugandan troops deployed to rebel-held Congolese town
Ugandan troops arrive in the D R Congo border town of Bunagana to oversee the withdrawal of M23 rebels.
The M23 rebels in Democratic Republic of Congo are withdrawing from the eastern border town of Bunagana and are expected to hand it over to Ugandan peacekeeping troops. Brigadier General Kulaije of Ugandan People's Defence Force tells us more.
Two weeks after Cyclone Freddy wreaked havoc in Malawi, the situation in parts of the country is dire. Hundreds are still missing and displaced people are living in more than 500 camps.
