UN holds emergency session on Sudan

The UN Human Rights Council is holding an emergency session in Geneva regarding the ongoing fighting in Sudan.

Three civil society figures in Guinea have been released after 10 months in prison following protests yesterday organised by the opposition Living Forces of Guinea (FVG).
