Rwanda genocide suspect in court
One of the Rwanda genocide's most wanted suspects appeared in court in Cape Town.
One of the last four fugitives wanted for their role in the Rwandan genocide has appeared in court briefly today in South Africa. Fulgence Kayishema has been at large for more than 20 years and was detained in a joint operation of UN investigators and South African police.
Uganda's parliament has passed a bill increasing paternity leave from four to seven days. MPs said they got the idea from neighbouring Kenya, where male working employees get two weeks of leave.
