Germany partially legalises cannabis
A new law has come into effect in Germany legalising cannabis.
Germany has, as of 1 April, partly decriminalised marijuana use. Those over the age of 18 can now carry 25g of cannabis in public. We explain the new rules and get reaction from Germany.
