The Venezuelan opposition leader, Maria Corina Machado, who has been in hiding for months, has told the 麻豆社 that she knows "exactly the risks" she is taking by travelling to Norway to collect her Nobel Peace Prize.

Meanwhile Venezuela has accused the United States of being murderers, thieves and pirates after the US seizes a large oil tanker off their coast.
