Erdogan slams Israeli strikes as Muslim countries explore diplomatic options
The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation summit is under way in Istanbul
At a gathering of Muslim-majority states in Istanbul, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo臒an has condemned Israel鈥檚 military strikes on Iran, accusing it of violating international law and risking 鈥渢otal disaster鈥 in the region. Iran鈥檚 Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, also at the summit, warned that any US involvement in the conflict would be 鈥渧ery dangerous.鈥
