Escalation in Pakistan-Afghanistan tensions
Pakistan's defence minister said there was now a state of "open war" with Afghanistan.
Pakistan has bombed areas in Afghanistan on Friday, after the Afghan Taliban earlier announced a major offensive against Pakistani military posts near the border. Pakistan has claimed to have killed almost 300 Afghan Taliban as their conflict escalates.
