Blunt response by some Nato members to Trump's call for help
Germany has stressed that the conflict had nothing to do with Nato.
Germany says the war against Iran has nothing to do with Nato and it won't join any effort to reopen the Strait of Hormuz to oil shipments, despite pressure from President Trump. Our correspondents in Jerusalem, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia give the latest on the situation on the ground.
