US and Iran exchange attacks in the Middle East

The United States and Iran have exchanged attacks in the Middle East, rattling a fragile ceasefire as an agreement on ending the war continues to elude them. We go live to Tehran.

Meanwhile Israel has told people living in southern Lebanon to move north - declaring around an eighth of the country a combat zone.

And the World Health Organization has warned that the ongoing conflict in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo is hampering the Ebola outbreak response.
