Xi Jinping meets Donald Trump in China
The presidents held two hours of talks, focused on strengthening economic ties.
China's President, Xi Jinping, has told a state banquet for Donald Trump that China and the United States should be 鈥減artners, not rivals鈥. The presidents held two hours of talks. The White House has made no mention of Taiwan, one of the most sensitive issues. Xi earlier warned of potential conflict over the island. We speak to people in Taiwan on how they are feeling about the future.
We hear the latest from Ukraine, where the air force says Russia fired more than 1500 drones in the space of 36 hours, making it the largest sustained aerial attack on Ukraine since the start of Moscow's invasion.
And we speak to women who have suffered from birth injuries, and the life-changing effects they can have.
