The financial pressures facing 麻豆社 World Service English
Despite an increase in grant-aid from the UK government, the 麻豆社 World Service has announced a number of programme cuts. We hear listeners鈥� responses.
The 麻豆社 World Service says that despite a recent increase in grant-aid support from the UK government, the extra cash is not enough to maintain all its English language service programmes.
As a result some shows are facing the axe later this year.
