Is France failing its older workers?

A French government 鈥渢esting鈥 study found candidates aged 48 to 55 were three times less likely to be called back than those aged 23 to 30.

The French government has launched a campaign against what it calls 鈥渢he last discrimination鈥: ageism.

It鈥檚 one that a lot of people in the country consider to be justified, and which makes it about three times more difficult to get a job interview. But it鈥檚 costly.
