LA Clown Confidential
A new generation of clowns is reinventing one of the oldest forms of comedy
In a small theatre in Los Angeles, a new generation of clowns is reinventing one of the oldest forms of comedy, and it has very little to do with red noses or circus tents. Presenter Hannah Levin, herself part of the city's clown scene, takes us inside the Spaghetti Festival, where performers turn failure, awkwardness, and vulnerability into some of the most daring live comedy around. It is a joyful portrait of an art form that dares its audience to play along.
