I got into the Â鶹Éç on the. I've worked at and in Â鶹Éç local TV and radio.ÌýI've also been a chambermaid and a holiday rep!Ìý

Best part of the job/thing you are most proud of?
Sneaky insights into places you'd never normally go. I've just been behind the catwalks at Milan Fashion Week..ÌýIn Sweden I visited the club where Sven first played football.Ìý I also really enjoyed making my documentary on teenage Gypsies and Travellers..

Worst on air moment?
I am very professional but Colin Murray often tries to put me off before I read a news bulletin!

Petite, determined, adventurous

Advice to anyone who wants to get started in journalism:
Get as much work experience as you can and don't give up.

Where would you like to be in 10 years' time?
Sipping cocktails on my own private beach.

My top three albums ever are:
I hate this question. Jamiroquai, Take That and Oasis are old faves. At the moment I'm loving Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse.

Who's your favourite news reporter?
Del Crookes. He does all the reports on the Newsbeat website.

How do you spend your time off?
Playing netball and visiting friends around the country.
