Sisters reunited

The six Brown sisters were taken into care in Bradford as children, but have now been reunited after a 50 year gap.

Fifty years ago, the Brown sisters were separated and taken into care when their natural mother couldn't cope.

As adults, Sally and Margaret worked together for eighteen months before they discovered they were sisters. Now all six sisters have been reunited after half a century's separation. And amazingly, they all still lived in the Bradford area.
