Writing on the Wall

Tina Foulkes favourite bit of graffiti takes the existential approach...

One graffiti my partner and I like a lot is in a subway running under the railway at Vauxhall in London. It used to state the simple words:

I am bored

...in red letters on a cream wall. Reading it almost everyday made me feel less isolated. Someone else was bored too. One day though, the station's cleaning department got its act together and erased this piece of truth to our great disappointment. You couldn't even be bored, then!

Fortunately, a week or so later my comrade in boredom struck back and made us happy again, as he or she had re-graffitied with a slightly amended version of the original statement. This time it read:

I am still bored

If you've used graffiti to express your feelings to the world, tell us your story.
What words of wisdom did you choose?
Why did you do it?
