The 300 mile takeaway
Having recently moved to South Devon, I have been struck by the lack of ethnic diversity compared to our previous home in the East Midlands. Although the scenery in Devon is certianly more striking than that of the Northamptonshire (a county not noted for its coastline) I do rather miss the delkights of the Belgerave Road in Leicester. Had the Window On Your World been open a day earlier I would have sent a picture of the Diwali lights, but instead I was back in Modbury with a feast from the incomparable Bobby's.
