I am a thoracic surgeon in Leeds, based at St James's University Hospital and have a clinic every tuesday afternoon. I set my alarm and took the attached photograph at precisely 5pm. It shows my junior colleagues (who declined to pose for said photo), after finishing the clinic, walking along one of the corridoors back to our ward in a different part of the hospital.
It wasn't until I saw the photo that I appreciated how bare most of the corridoor walls are!
