Pre-nuptial Agreements 17 Mar 2007

The Heather Mills/Paul McCartney divorce has been – as one newspaper put it – “one of the most costly and acrimonious divorce battles in British history”. Could they have saved themselves a lot of trouble by having a pre-nuptial agreement? Some think they’re unromantic; some say they’re pragmatic.
