How to live well and spend less

Want to cut back on spending during these difficult times but not sure how best to reduce the household spend? The author and columnist India Knight a dedicated consumer and child of the ‘more is more’ generation has mended her ways and embraced the thrifty lifestyle. In her latest book “The Thrift Book” she talks to Jane about some of the changes she has made such as explaining that saving money and tightening your belt doesn’t have to feel like a penance. They’ll be joined by Kath Kelly who lived on a pound a day for a year.
